POST Rotterdam on Coolsingel is an iconic 155-meter-tall residential tower that adds even more excitement to Rotterdam’s skyline. The building offers 203 mid-range rental apartments, ranging from compact studios of approximately 42 m² to spacious apartments of approximately 117 m². The selection includes studios, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, all featuring a smart and well-thought-out layout. All apartments are efficiently designed to make the most of every space. Most apartments have a balcony where you can wake up peacefully in the morning with a cup of coffee or enjoy a drink with friends in the evening.

The apartments are located on the5th through the30th floors. Thanks to the large windows, the units are remarkably bright, and you can enjoy spectacular views of the Rotterdam skyline. In fact, you’re right in the middle of the city’s skyline.

All apartments feature luxury finishes, including a Bruynzeel kitchen and high-quality bathroom fixtures. The units meet the latest sustainability standards and are equipped with technology that complements the exclusive character of POST Rotterdam. A large portion (with the exception of the studios) of the apartments even come with pre-installed floor and wall finishes.

The entrance to the residential tower feels like a stylish hotel lobby and is accessible exclusively to residents. From here, one of the four elevators will take you to your apartment in the tower.

POST Rotterdam is designed for residents who consciously choose to live in the city. Thanks to its central location, shops, restaurants, sports facilities, and public transportation are always nearby. Parking is not available at POST Rotterdam, and you cannot apply for a parking permit.
