POST is located in the heart of downtown Rotterdam on Coolsingel, between the World Trade Center and City Hall.
The apartments are expected to be completed in Q1 or Q2 of 2027.
POST will feature 203 rental apartments in various price ranges, with different sizes and numbers of rooms.
The rental apartments at POST Rotterdam will likely fall into the mid-range rental category. The plan does not include any public housing units. The final rental rates have not yet been announced.
The apartments range in size from approximately 42 m² to 117 m² of usable floor space. The smallest apartment is a studio, and the largest is a 4-room apartment. The 2- and 3-bedroom apartments range from approximately 59 to 104 m².
There are no parking spaces available in the POST garage. Therefore, the apartments are rented WITHOUT a parking space. Furthermore, you CANNOT apply for a parking permit from the City of Rotterdam to park on the street. Tenants who do wish to have a parking space may (on their own initiative and if available) rent a space in one of the five nearby parking garages, all of which are within a 5-minute walk. These parking garages offer parking subscriptions.
The rental apartments are located on floors 5 through 30. The residential tower also contains condos. These condos have already been sold.
POST Rotterdam has 203 rental apartments (in the private sector).
POST Rotterdam is easily accessible by public transportation. Thanks to its central location on Coolsingel in Rotterdam, the metro (Beurs and Stadhuis stations) and tram (Stadhuis) are right outside the door, and the Randstadrail stops heading toward The Hague and Rotterdam Central Station are within walking and biking distance.
The apartments cannot be viewed during construction. Since these are new-construction homes and work is in full swing at the construction site, strict rules apply regarding access to the site. Once leasing begins, we will assess whether it is possible to organize an open house. Any such event will be announced via the newsletter.
There is no separate storage room in the basement. However, there is a shared bicycle storage area.
